In the Condon UFO Report, the conclusion, based on a selected and statistically small sample, is totally biased and false. Likewise for the IPCC report which is in three parts of 1500 pages each, with a synthesis report which consists of 30 to 50 pages, and with a digest for decision-makers of 5 to 10 pages. For the problem is that the IPPC digest for decision-makers is totally biased, following the political doxa, and doesn’t reflect the reality, but only a false wishful thinking!
Because in both cases (IPPC and Condon UFO report) the final conclusion contradicts its own data, and even perhaps its own aims and principles, which seems at the least rather strange. Moreover, it may be hypothesized that some political reason has been hidden in both cases, because both the extraterrestrial hypothesis and the evident world air traffic influence on climate are very sensitive issues for the mainstream science and its decision-makers, closely linked to the military industrial complex, whose aims may be strongly thwarted by any UFO disclosure or by any recognition of the hidden human involvement of the world air traffic in the serious increase of the atmospheric pollution by the nanoparticles, and therefore in the increase of cancers.

Dans
le rapport Condon sur les OVNI, la conclusion, basée sur un échantillon
sélectionné et statistiquement faible, est totalement biaisée et fausse. De
même pour le rapport du GIEC qui comporte trois volumes de 1500 pages, avec un
rapport de synthèse de 30 à 50 pages, et avec un résumé pour les décideurs de 5
à 10 pages. Car le problème est que le résumé du GIEC pour les décideurs est
totalement biaisé suivant la doxa politique et ne reflète pas la réalité, mais
seulement un vœu pieux erroné!
Car dans les deux cas (GIEC et Rapport Condon
sur les OVNI), la conclusion finale est en contradiction avec ses propres
données, et même peut-être avec ses propres buts et principes, ce qui paraît à
tout le moins étrange. De plus, on pourrait supposer que quelque raison
politique s’y dissimule dans les deux cas, car tant l’hypothèse extraterrestre
que l’évidente influence du trafic aérien mondial sur le climat sont deux
thèmes très délicats aux yeux de la science orthodoxe et de ses décideurs,
étroitement liés au complexe militaro-industriel, dont les buts pourraient être
gravement contrariés par toute divulgation ufologique ou toute reconnaissance
de l’implication humaine cachée du trafic aérien mondial dans l’accroissement
grave de la pollution atmosphérique par les nanoparticules, et donc dans
